Rumen Gasharov (b. 1936)
Rumen Gasharov was born in 1936 in Plovdiv, Bulgaria.
Rumen Gasharov studied until 1962 Painting under Professor Iliya Petrov at the Academy of Fine Arts in Sofia.
In his long career as artist Rumen Gasharov has developed new forms of emotional expression between the fine line of pop art and naive painting.
Rumen Gasharov has participated in many exhibitions at home and abroad and is represented in many public art collections including The Pushkin Museum, Moscow and the Bulgarian National Art Gallery.
Rumen Gasharov lives and works in Bulgaria.
