Michael Dietlinger was born in 1975 in Waldmünchen /Oberpfalz, Germany.

In 1994 Michael Dietlinger joined the federal police (Bundespolizei).

From 2005 to 2009 he studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Nuremberg under Professor Peter Angermann (2009 appointment as master student).

From 2009 to 2010 he studied one semester at the Academy of Fine Arts Prague under Professor Jiri Lindovsky.

In 2010 he started a postgraduate course in art at the Academy of Fine Arts in Nuremberg under Professor Simone Decker.

Since 2006 Michael Dietlinger’s artworks have been shown in numerous exhibitions at home and abroad.

Michael Dietlinger lives and works in Oberviechtach/Oberpfalz, Germany.
